Table for Duo earns a commission when you buy a game through a link on this site, at no extra cost to you. That commission is the site's only source of income.
The Amazon Associates statement
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Links to Amazon on this site carry our Associates tag (tableforduo-20), which is how Amazon attributes a purchase to us. You pay exactly the same price you would pay going to Amazon directly.
Amazon is currently the only retailer we link to. We are not a member of any other affiliate network, and we do not build tracked links for programs we have not joined -- so if you see a link to a publisher's own site anywhere here, it earns us nothing and exists because it is the right place to send you.
What the commission does not influence
Which games appear on this site is decided by the method on how we pick, and the commission rate on a game is not one of the inputs. Board games sit in a low-commission category, and the difference between one game and another is small enough that steering you toward a worse game for a better rate would be both dishonest and pointless.
Every game we recommend carries a stated reason to skip it. That is a deliberate constraint on us: a list where everything is great is a list that is selling rather than advising.
Prices and availability
Where we show a price it comes from a live data layer and is stamped with the date it was checked. Anything older than 48 hours is removed automatically rather than shown stale, and where there is no live price the button reads “Check price on Amazon” instead of showing a number.
We never print a price from memory, an estimate, or an old figure. Prices and availability come from the retailer and change without notice; the price you see at checkout is the one that counts.
What we have never accepted
No sponsored placements. No paid reviews. No free review copies from publishers. No payment of any kind for inclusion, ranking or a favorable write-up.
We also do not run display advertising. If that changes, this page changes with it before anything appears on the site.
How affiliate links are marked
Every buy button on this site is marked #ad and links back to this page. Commercial pages carry a disclosure notice above the first affiliate link rather than only in the footer.
Technically, buy links route through our own domain before redirecting to the retailer, and they carry the sponsored nofollow attributes required by search engine guidelines.
